Straw Mushrooms and Baby Corn Stir Fry

1 order (400gr) Ministry of Mushrooms Freshly made ready-to-cook Volvariella
400gr baby corn
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp. chicken or *vegetable broth
1/8 tsp brown sugar
*Use half a pack of Ministry of Mushrooms Dried Oyster or Volvariella for your broth to bring out more flavor.

Use a large wok and heat oil to 375 degrees and add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes and add the baby corn. When the baby corn is cooked, add the oyster sauce, chicken broth, and sugar. Keep stirring until well mixed. When the mixture begins to simmer, add the mushrooms and stir gently until all the food is heated through.
*Play around and add some chili, chicken, peanuts, fish sauce, or basil!
